He used to be well known in the formula and touring series and also popular in the recent entry in NASCAR, which is one of the most popular motor sports in the U.S.
This is his 5th season with TOYO TIRES.

Dakar Rally 【Country】Argentina - Chile
One of the most popular Rally Raid championships. Held every year since 1979, known as running through 12000 km starting from Paris, the capital of France, to Dakar, the capital of Senegal, however, it has changed to starting from Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina in the South America, to go round to Chile from 2009. The FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile) and the FIM (Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme) has been officially associated with this racing.

SCORE
The brainchild of the late Mickey Thompson, SCORE International is the oldest professional off-road racing sanctioning body in America. Founded to promote the wild short-course races held at Riverside International Raceway in the 1970s and '80s, SCORE also has been the driving force behind the world-renowned Baja 500 and Baja 1000 events for almost three decades.
With such a storied heritage and overall influence on the sport, it's no wonder that most enthusiasts still consider SCORE events to be the pinnacle of desert racing.
